Default Splattering at low revs... And temp gauge proble

Everything was running fine when it was auto, since converting to manual its running rough and it's like splattering at low revs. Car is a vp v6 bt1. It's got me stuffed as to what it could be? Also a plug was off on the back of the alternator (temp gauge wouldn't work). Plugged it in now car sits on H when it's off, when I turn acc on it drops down however. I swapped it around and still does the same thing. No idea what to do.

not trolling or anything, but what do you mean by splattering? also i think manual and auto run the same computer for vn vp...

Splattering like it wants to die, sort of like a petrol surge. I'm not entirely sure, my mate did the conversion

Sounds like its got some things plugged in the wrong spot the alternator has nothing to do with the temp gauge is there a wire hooked to the temp sender unit ? As the computer needs a temp reading to give the correct fuel so maybe its running rough as its getting the wrong temp reading but that's just a guess.

Ive never heard of a car spattering (unless it hits a truck head on at 100). I think the word you were after was spluttering- as in wanting to stall or die, running very badly etc..

Fixed the temp gauge problem, and I think I may have cracked a spark plug putting the engine in
