I need a new cat back for my VP 6cyl live axle cos mine got a bit bashed up. I'm going to order one off Ebay, looking like a Lukey 2.5" kit

My question is: if I get it without a resonator is it going to sound like crap? I don't want it to drone incessantly but I do want a bit of a growl. Is that possible with a cat back on a 6, I have zero experience with exhausts.

Sorry for not searching, i'm on my phone

I can sent you a system for $235 without resonator, or $275 with resonator. Comes with clamp and gasket, the brand is Manta, no drone with the resi, louder without, but there will be some drone.

I'm from a tiny country town, the hours out of Melbourne, we don't exactly have a local shop. I can get a Lukey system with a Res for 295 inc shipping. Do loads of highway and uphill driving so really don't want a drone, but would like it to sound a bit tougher, rather than the odd noise is making at the moment.

The Lukey can be a bit quiet, the Manta I do is deeper and louder than the Lukey, and doesn't drone.

Well you can't complain with that. How do we sort the specifics?
