installing 1/4 glass rear window passenger side

Hi There everyone
I have a 1992 VP Commodore Exec and i am trying to install the 1/4 glass on the passenger side rear door (someone smashed the window).

After google searches, i stumbled accross this site (Excellent site BTW, definitely bookmarked so i can do some minor maintenance on the car) which does have a thread regarding installing such window.
The only problem is, This is my first window install and i am not too familiar with names of parts, terms etc.. so following the advice has become a little tricky.

Is it really that hard to install? Any advice would be appreciated.
