Default VP II Lots of Problems

Okay, after a mojor service a month or 2 back my mechanic picked up on a shitload of problems with my car. Due to the fact I can't afford to sell it or buy a new car and I really dont want to run it into the ground I want to fix these problems.
Hopefully you guys can help me and Explain how I can fix these things. Please!

    • Strut bearing plates need replacing
    • Panhard bushes need replacing
    • Upper Rear Control Arm bushes need replacing
    • Centre Muffler
    • Exhaust Manifolds
    • Disc Rotors
    • Engine Mounts
    • Rear Shockers
All these things need replacing for the car to be even close to roadworthy and feeling a bit better to drive. Can you guys if possible give me details on how to fix these things (the things I can fix myself). And what sorta prices I am looking at?

From my experience most of that stuff has to be fixed by pro's.
But ask Rat, he will be more helpfull.

As far as I can remember the rear shocks in the VP's are pretty easy to do yourself, just need a jack and some spanners.

When it comes to anything brake related or exhust wise I'd get a pro to look at it

I'm in Melbourne. The exhaust manifolds need replacing. They're cracked. How can I do the mounts myself? Don't I need an engine lift for that? Also the rotors? Do they just pull/slide off?

rotars will just slide of, after u take the caliper and wheel of, i think people recconmend replacing wheel bearings at the same time, but dont "quote" me on that, as rat says, most of those things u can do ur self, with some time an efoort, its the best way, that way ull be able to do it anytime... and if u need help jc is always here to help, im in lakes entrance, id help u, but its abit far to bother, iv never replaced engine mounts but i think ud just need a block and tackle or engine lift, which i have both, or even just a rope with a truckys whinch not, they work well for lifting heavy things with out too much effort, dont ask me how to do em, my old man can tho lol....

I was under the impresion that you need to remove the steering rack to replace the headers? or does it just make the job easier. or is it just for something liek pacemaker headers?
