Question replacing interior on VP wagon

Just wanted to know if anyone has transplanted a new interior into a vp wagon. If so how long did it take and how much did the interior cost you. I need to do something about my interior and was wondering which is the cheaper and easier way to go. Recarpet and dye the trims or just go to a wreckers and get a new interior.

my dad said he got it priced to get my dash recovered so i just have to dye/paint my door trims & all the plastic pics he said it's about $100-$150 to get the dash re-skinned.

    Cheers
    Mat

    Cool

Just keep an eye open at the wreckers...buy a write-off...replace your interior...endless supply of spares....

My mate is coming over tonight is a panel beater so I am going to ask him to keep his eye out for me. I could always go and find a one with a nice interior smash up the outside and go back in a week and offer to buy it off them.

Rat you are a bloody legend. i just found a Vp wagon for 800 complete just has a bent wheel hub. It has a BLUE and GREY interior. It also has the rear extra seating I wanted. Will go have a look today or tomorrow.

    Cool

If you put the rear seats in the parsel tray you need to have it installed by a liceinced installer. Get a ticket from them to to make the the RTA or the same as in your state to make it legal..

yeah except the Ducati ate my interior funds, something behind the clutch had shit itself. Back to saving my pennies again.
