Exclamation Help me with my vn troubles

hey guys. I have a vn lexceen series 2. i got it from my dad and i am fixing it back up so i can learn my l's on it and so i can **** around with mates. the only thing is, the interior is a bit messed around. The head(roof) linuing is off and there are no door seals, i pulled the plastic panels off and got the roof cardboard thingy off so i could pujt the new roof lining that i got from the wreckers on....what sort of glue should io use to stick it on..should i get some foam to replace all that orangy shit and then stick it on..or is it not going to make a difference. or should i just get some adhesive spray and stick it straight on.

also..what other things should i do to get it up and running. and running well, what products or cheap mods should i get.

    your help is much appreciated........cheers

yeah well youd want to get either foam adhesive or normal spray glue and foam in between. me and vn_lexcen_s2 are working on it together, i god a air filter and he got a new mirror and roof lining fom the wreckers and a water peice and soem coolant from the shops and we are going to make it a good ride, we would have had a VP steering wheel but the wreckers guy kicked us out cos it was after closing time but yeah, what is your advise? foam adhesive???

have a search for mods to do after but for you head lining question the best way to do it is with some adheasive velcro. makes life easy if you ever want it out again and is relativly cheap but above all its easy.

otherwise any adheasive with heat resistance will be fine.

your post is a little confusing do you have an entire new cardboard section or just the material... if you just mean the material then get the proper foam stuff to back it to your old board
