to drain - remove bottom radiator hose
flush - most people just drop the bottom hose and get the hose and spray back through the block from the upper hose. or if you mean the raiator not the block you take it out turn it upside down and squirt away..... professionals have a proper pressure flushing system that works heaps better but so long as you use coolant you should be ok without flushing.
to refill - take the radiator side of the upper hose off and turn it 180 degrees so the pipe faces upward (going into the block) pour your coolant in untill it comes out of the raiator then replace the hose. open the overflow fill it up to the correct level (about half way)
to bleed (the easy way) - take off the overflow cap, start the car, refill any coolant needed.

and your done there might be another way to bleed it but ive alsways done it this way and have never had a problem with air blocks
