i don't think they have any serial numbers on them, i could be wrong though. If you can't find any id numbers on it you may just have to pull your old wheel off and try the new one, if it does not fit just put your old one back on. its not a hard job just loosen the nut and start pulling(don't take the nut off if you don't want to get smashed in the face or ribs by the wheel).
at $50-70 i would not modify one as it is a key part to the steering and imagine it coming off at speed(not good). it would be the offset and the spline thats different.
