Default Air Con water on drivers foot

My Air con builds up water in the cabin and comes streaming out cold on my left foot when I turn left ... anyone know whats goin on here ?
How do I dismantle the centre consol to get at it ?

I remember my old ute did nearly same ...like a condensation build up and overflow ... I dont see anyone else with this prob. But I do have a similar overheating problem and also the fan (resistor) speed problem anyone know the part number ?..Thanks for a good site !

You don't need to dismantle the centre console to fix this. It's just the drain tube is blocked and needs to be cleared out. All you need is a cable tie (do NOT use a piece of wire) and the ability to get under your car.

It's annoying as hell but in the VN's it is fairly common.

Get under the car, and get yourself under the gearbox. On the drivers side of the transmission tunnel (above the drivers side edge of the gearbox) you'll see what looks like a little black dome. Just with your fingers, pinch it so it opens up a little (it works like a little mouth with the opening through the middle) and see if you can unblock it with your fingers just by scraping crap away.

If by now you haven't gotten a face full of the dirtiest water you've ever seen, get the cable tie and GENTLY poke it a little way in (about 5cm is enough) and twist it around a bit to clear out the tube. Be gentle doing this otherwise you may end up punching a hole in your heater core, that's why you're not using wire to do it.

Keep doing this until you get the banked up water flooding out, and it should be okay. That's how it worked with mine.

NOTE: At no point during this should you have your face directly under the outlet. It's funny for others to watch, but not so great for you.

The dome is attached to the body(outer cabin) above the transmission. I think its a little further back then the tube your talkin about. It should be visible because the outer cabin is usually greyish.

I'll get under my car later this week and get a photo of it for you.

Sadly there isn't any (easy) way to clean it out from inside. You've got to dismantle a serious amount of the dash to get to it. Too much of a headf**k doing that, anyway, you'll most likely find that the blockage is towards the lower end of the tube (outside). If you can wait a day or two I'll get the pics up for you.
