    Exclamation Air solinoid pack help

Hi just wondering if any one has replaced a Air Vacuum Solinoid Pack in a Calais and if so what if any trouble was there.
What was the best method of removal and has any one got a Vacuum hose guide as for what goes where if they aren't numbered as they should be

I'm assuming you are talking about the solenoid control pack for the climate control, which directs which vents blow air according to the climate control?

I've done mine on my VS Berlina, and I'm pretty sure its the same unit as what you have in your VP.

From memory, to get at it, you need to remove the surround around the transmission, glovebox out, stereo surround out, climate control module out, and I think the panels that surround the whole thing (that go into the footwells).

For the VS the colours and numbers are as follows:

    1. Red - Demister Vent Servo
    2. Blue - Recirculate Door Servo
    3. Orange - Floor Duct Servo
    4. White - Centre Vent Servo
    5. Yellow - Heater Water Valve

Hope this is of some help!

    Cheers
