    Exclamation Electronic Fan Not Working

Hey I have a VN Commodore. Today when i was in traffic my car started getting hot bout 3/4 on the gauge. Anyway my fan wasnt kicking in when i thought it should of.
I have done an ecu test and the fan works..
Do ppl reckon i should just hook nit up to a toggle?

If you hook it up to the toggle switch it'll only be a matter of time until you forget it and cook your engine. Get the whole thing checked properly, have a look at the coolant temperature sensor. There are two, one that goes to the ECU and the other goes to the gauge I think (maybe the fan relay). If the one responsible for switching your fan is screwed replacing it shouldn't be too tough.

Much easier than screwing around fixing up cracked heads anyway.
