tacho dash

Hi, got a tacho dash today for v6 and the speedo goes to 220, i thought the they only went to 200, can anyone shed some light on what it is?
part number is 92037486.

All standard speedos go to 220. 200 kmph speedos are usually from a police pack.

Are you sure cause most of the tacho dash's ive seen olny go to 200km

i think that might be the othe way aroung i could be wrong though interceptor dashes have smaller incriments between speeds ie: exec 20-25-30 ect, interceptor goes up by twos.... i think thats how it works 20-23-25-27-30 ect up to 220

i have a mate with a vn bt1 and his speedo goes up like you were talking about and it had the tacho in it and only goes up to 200km

ok kool, any one else no any thing bout the tacho dash's in the vn's?

Yeah. In mine when I start the car I have to tap the dash to get the tacho to start working, then it's all good.

The Police gauge cluster has 2kph increments as far as I know up to 200kph (could be wrong). And all 'standard' speedos for the VN's go to 220kph.

My VP level 2 dash started life as a level 1 (no tacho). I obtained a beat up VS level 2 dash and transferred the tacho and dual temp/fuel gauges into the level 1 VP dash and bingo... a fully working level 2 dash with tacho. So yeah, my stock lvl 1 speedo always went to 220 with increments of 2kms/h after 100 indicated with orange notches, instead of the haggard green ones.

my vn S goes upto 220,in 2km/h incrments, mine has tacho and all that, dunno wat stage???
