ok my two passenger doors wont shut without me slamming them pretty hard everytime i do it it makes me feel like im abusing my car....
the back one is the worst and takes a reasonable amount of force to open it too
the doors look straight and they have little movement in the pins (they dont lift up when open)

make sure the door skins arent fouling anywhere around the edge of the frame, also make sure that the door seals are fouling along the edge of the frame also. i had the same trouble with my driverside door. i had to adjust the door skin and push it up a bit more to stop it from hitting the edge of the door frame.

adjust the latch thats stationary in the door sill up or down it has torx screws securing it.
As above ^, I fixed my passenger door last night, it's still not perfect but close. Commdores have a fairly poverty door latch anyway so it's never going to give you that rolls royce feel the HK-HGs had with the double click doors that you could close by pushing them gently with your little finger, or even the single click HQ-HZ ones were pretty fancy compared to the Commodores oh well, such if lifeOriginally Posted by IBLOWN

Suggestion for checking adjustment of the latches is to check the alignment of the door trims with the adjacent panels when the door is closed. It will give you an idea which way you need to adjust it. A 4mm allen key is needed for the job.
Noise elimination I call it. Find noise, eliminate it. That's all I ever seem to be doing.
