don't run your power cable and RCA leads together.. otherwise you may get bad noise through your sub.. i ran my power cable the same as dodgy did and the RCA leads straight under the carpet. from the stereo to the boot in a straight line.. on top of the tunnel.. it is very easy to do and you don't need as long RCA leads..

HEY! i had the smae problem ov trying to find a hole its a pain in the arse!
ok heres what i did! i ran the poer up the drivers side,
1)STARTING AT THE BATTERY i ran the wire up the drivers side ov the enigine all the way to the windscreen.
    2) i cut a section out ov the rubber seal and the back of the engine bay
3)theres a hose with a plastic grill over the top in the leaf catching bit(between the windscreen and the seal)
    4) after inspecting this hole i found out that it goes strait down into the front quarter panel. i was able to pull out the wire just below were the door hinge is.
5)to get the wire into the car, i pulled out the door wiring loom rubberand put a a hole in it.. i thread the wire through there and into the cab.
6)the wire should cum through behind where the bonet lever is
i ran the wire under the carpet thing all the way to the back seat.
    7) lift out the backseat, run under and under the arm rest thing and there u go! it took me sum investigating to find this bit it is seriously the best place to do it withought going through the fuse box! ILL HAV TO POST SUM PICTURES WEN I GET OUTSIDE! it is neat and i cant see any wires cheers!!

Heres sum pics.. i tryed to take them as best i could
Fig. 1 - is under the dash, i ran the wire up behind the bonnet lever and into the door loom
Fig. 2 - here u can see the wire poking out ov the door loom rubber, and running into the door crack
Fig 3. - is the outside of the door crack (where im talking about)
Fig 4. - is inside the door crack, u can see i hav the wire running into a hole in the front quarter panel, that leads up to the leaf catch/water runnoff area
Fig 5. - u can see theres a large gap in the leaf catch area that i pulled the wire through,
Fig 6. u can see ive cut a hole in the engine bay seel to run the wire through, im sure this isnt nessecary but i didnt want wires squashed!

If it's an auto push the amp cable through the clutch hole (next to the brake booster)

worst manovure ever, that hole IS NOT suppose to be blocked at all, or rust will start coming trough , its a run out for the water from off your windscreen to escape to, water and power (+) is not a good option , hence putting it through the fire wall like other ppl have suggested !!!!

what are u talking about? its a sealed wire t would take a lifetime ov water running through to wreck the wire and come into contact with + power.. good idea or not im listening to music with a smile on my face and its a very good spot to run the wire in comparison to wat others do
