    Default Door pods

hey i recently landed myself with $10 door pods off a VR, i was wondering how you install them onto my existing VN door trims, like how u drill the holes etc in the trim and the door metal itself (I got the speaker holders for thhem aswell)
if anyone that lives in/near western sydney that could help me install these things PM me plz
any help would be much appreciated
    thanks in advance
    cheers

when you take off the door trim you will see there is already holden there in the door,so no cutting metal, just take off your old door map pockets and put your new ones onthen cut and thats about it, if i can get sum pic`s of mine ill post them up for you

you will have to drill your own holes in the door trim, line it up with some messing around, cut a hole in the trim for the speaker spacer, did you get the metal speaker spacers with the pods? pop rivet them into the doors, screw speakers in and you're done. i think.

I did mine long ago and a friends a week ago. The plastic pods would sit on the door without any modification just mark and screw. The plastic wheather cover would requried to be cut where the speakers would go.
As for the screwing the pocket we used pop rivits on the screw holes to make an mark for the screws on the door trim.
Then using a jigsaw on the door trim for the speaker.
    I hope that would help.
