Default vn-vq v6 upgrade kit bolt on.

I'm thinking of manufacturing a kit readily available from repco etc. consisting of pre fabricated bits the you simply bolt on and instruction manual.

1 x modified throttle mounting bracket (to allow 100% throttle application)
1 x 70mm throttle body with the stopper set at 100%
1 x modified IACV allowing a sweet suction sound at idle
    1 x modified bellmouth
    1 x throttle body spacer
4 x throttle body assembly gaskets
1 x modified plug for IAT sensor switchable from cabin. (allow richer mixture)

I'd predict a sensible 30-50hp increase when combined with a upgraded air filter and exhaust

    say around $325.00 plus postage
that would include my parts, labour and a profit margin. would anyone be interested? in any or all of parts

thats pretty good bang for buck

Where will you be getting your supply of 70mm throttlebodys?

Also the modified plug for IAT sensor probably isnt such a great idea, i mean you could cause someone alot of grief if it goes wrong.

Someone has fabricated throttlebody spacers?? why wasnt i informed of this

Plus i agree with VN calais 5.0, you will definitely need dyno sheet's to prove the HP gains!!

I could be interested if you needed a guinea pig.
PM me to work something out and perhaps get dyno before and after to show difference to help you out. Let me know anyway
