Where is the customer service?!!

So I went to Commwreck the other day to purchase a headlight and front bumper. I asked for the Passengers side headlight and when I got home I realised I was given the drivers side.

I had to go back the next day regardless because they didn't have the bumper in stock.

So the following day ( yesterdaY) I rang the shop and a lady that works there told me that the bumper and reo was available to be picked up.

So again, I made my way out to bankstown to be told that the bumper would arrive this morning.

I had to work so I sent a mate of mine out there to get the bumper, again no fricken BUMPER!!!

The guy who works there just laughed it off and said to my mate " gee your mate must be keen for the bumper"

I'm extremely fed up with the way they go about things there, and sure, their parts are cheap, but in terms of customer service, these guys need a lesson or two in it...

Damn right mate. Some people are just rude and also think you know nothing. I paid $140 when my headlights were playing up (1hr labour the rest parts including new bulbs.)later that day it *#*#ed up again.Went to an auto parts supplier and he said nothing had been replaces cause my high beams were still old and blown...but all that was wrong apart from the bulbs was my bonnet cable kept knocking the fuse box when popping it thus loosening the headlight fuse.

I had not been back to that mechanic since and dont recomend him to anyone who asks
