ignition its stuck

my VP dunno the series has a ignition problem wen i put the key in it just it wont turn. i rang RACV an the guy came down he just put a spray in it but it did nothing.

anywayz i went to auto barn an the guy said my ignition has seezed up (wat ever that meens). any way to fix? or will i need new ignition thingy.

I've never had one go on me but powered graphite might be worth a try, it's worked in the our door locks at home when they've become very hard to turn. Put some on the key and slide it in and out a few times.

Then again it might be the key itself, have you tried another key assuming you have one?

i was told not the use graphite.. as it destroys the barrel..
try another key.
or you might have to get a locksmoth to set a new barrel for you

k i tryed graphite an diff key nothing worked :'( so ima get the car towed and geting a locksmith to fix it
