Re-build or Build new?

My v8 has done just over 210,000 k's.
Is it worth rebuilding or should I look at starting from scratch?

if it ain't broken...don't fix it....210,000 aint really many K's
but if you have to rebuild it and nothing was wrong with the block,my choice would be from scratch,but thats me
