Economy issues
heres a problem someone may shed some light on.....our low milage 110k 89 V6 vn always gets better fuel economy when run on hotter days.Here in New Zealand the climate varies quite a bit so in summer the beast can get up to 550km from a tank on highway use but only around 400 in the cooler months of the year...has anyone struck this before?

No. 1989 VN Lexcen, I have the opposite in fact. Cooler days and I get 600+, Hotter days 550+. I do drive on a freeway most of the time and drive sedately.
