Manual conversion

ok im seriously contemplating a manual conversioin cause my stupid auto is shitting itself.. lol POS... ok what i want to know is how hard is it.. Like how long would it take. I have the abuilty and the friend power to help me so yeah. Also what do you think it would cost..

Is this all i need to get to complete the conversion

Manual Gearbox
Tailshaft
Pedal box
Clutch cable
centre consol insert

Is it cheaper / easier to find a wrecked manual and buy that for this purpose or to buy the parts seperatly.

cheaper to buy a wreck with the manual,cheaper and easier to just swap motor and box together,...if the wreck you buy is high in K'S it's up to you whether you want to use the motor,i have a VN wagon which is approaching 500,000 K's and still purrs like a kitten,and still quite grunty...
