    Default Steering Wheel Not Straight

    Hey guys just chucked on my new steering wheel today but when we put it on it sits about 50% off centre its realy annoying while driving

    We have tryed a few things to get it back to straight just wondering if any of you guys can give me and help to get it straight if not im just going to Auto Barn and letting a pro at it

    ok..firstly the tires need to be dead straight while you doin this...you need to undo the centre nut again and pull the steering wheel from the spline, move the s/wheel to centre and push back on the spline...to double check drive the car back then straight forward to see if its straight centred.

    yeh good advice sircruisealot i had the same problem when changing mine...just gotta make sure them wheels are dead straight

    LOL I think you have bought a bent steering wheel! LOL! Take it back for a refund!~ LOOOL

    what are you smokin mate?...hypothetically if it was bent why would that make it be off-centered??
    neway...leaving aside jokes it a very common thing to have to re-spline a new steering wheel a coupla times to get it nice and centered.

    Hey guys i tryed getting the wheel straight no luck but

    WALLA at work i had some spare time and gave it a wheel alighnmment and now its nearly dead straight all it needs is to be moved 2 splines and it'll be perfect any way thanks guys catch ya's
