    Default vp engine performance

hey there i have a 93 vp series 2, i have just had it lowered and a redback sports exhaust system fitted. i just wanted to know what could i do to give it more performance, i was told that a chip does wonders. also does anyone know how much a racing cam would set me back? and how can i get more sound out of my exahuast, i want it to sound tougher!
    thank you

Pacemaker headers, And i have seen with some Redback exhaust they leave the rear muffler off,
There are plenty of guys in here that have modified there Throttle body's that seems good, And there are guys you can talk to about memcals.

Tell that to my sister she has them on the VL Calais and it's a very unique sound from that. The exhaust is bog stock.

Thank you, And this was big proof when the guy next door bought a VL Calais also, Stock no extractors and it was weak my sister was laughing at how timid it was.
She needs to replace the cat and exhaust system but she is very scared of the sound leaving, Some think it's a turbo lol Some have been conned
What system would you recommend for the best sound.

over the last 7 years i've had vp's i've never had a bad run with redback yet, with extractors and a straight threw muffler and no resonator they sound clear crisp and can quiet down for the long highway cruise but drop the boot and the exhaust come to life
