hey guyz, i have a vp wagon white, clean an clear tailights but i very fussy on what rims i should put on it an what size can i go to cause the vp series 1 cam of the factory with standard 14inch right an is it u can go +2 an +2 for legal size or only +2 no more, also tell what rims u think will good on a vp wagon coloured white
thx guyz, kuzzy
I thought they came with 15"?, Anyway i myself wouldn't go past 17" I think even HSV didn't go past that with the VP's.
But i do like the VT Senator 17" rims myself and with your white car i think they might look great.

fu2 is right. if u only wanna go to 16's tho try lookin on wheelsdirect.com.au they have knock off style holden rims available in different sizes brand new. they also do genuine aswell (i think)
It depends on what state you are in as to what size you can go to. It is often a misconception that it's only a 2" increase. Usually it is so that the tyre/rim rolling diameter does not change within a predetermined margin - in Qld it is +15 mm or - 26mm.
The VP exec series 2 is 14" stock and i reckon ROH Vapors 17" Shadow Chrome looks crazy, i also saw a VP with ROH Furys that looks good as well but a the reverybodys got em
There is also a great place to see the rims and they have a range from all model Holden's HSV's. http://www.##################/wheel.htm

I was just out on my tyre placard it has 3 tyres sizes.
R14 twice with 185. and R15 with 205.

so is 15inch rims with 245s thats over the 2x limit hey
I have seen at the place i got my rims 15x7-215's. they had there 15x6 235's.

you don't have to get them rolled if it's stock height,
all depends on how low your car is i guess.
I think your guards will be safe with 17", My car originally had 17" VS Senator rims on it and it was very low, My nephews mate has a VN with 17" Group A i think they are I'll look around but he has that slightly lowered also no prob's, I think it's the tyre width that might hold you back if you go wider on tyre size. I think it's the straight cut rear guard that is the biggest problem?Originally Posted by Kuzzy
