Where to get a fuel cell made

Does anyone know where to go to get a fuel cell made?
I want one about 70ltrs, to go where the existing fuel tank is.
I intend on running one exhaust pipe either side of the cell.
Would I need some type of heat shield set up either side of the fuel cell?

why get one made when you can buy one? check out rocket industries and VPW.....beware of the legalities though...i know here in queensland you need to be able to fill it from out side the vehicle i.e original filler style....a good friend of mine bought one for his HZ and it is a neat foam filled item. from memory i think it's about 50 litres which should do him for about 10 minutes
