customizing door trims

well the time has come to customise the door trims. i have seen a few threads on here on how to do it......but mine are different. as the fabric is not clipped on the back of the trim with staples. infact the fabric which i wish to change is sowen in bu the looks of it. has anyone else got trims like mine, or got any sugestions how to put a diffcolour material on them.

easy dude either go to a wreckers like u pull it or somewhere buy some with staples and use them or rip off the material of urs and buy some wood and cut some out the same , dude this looks great afterwards im currently working on mine but i made the mistake of buying fluffy fur :P lol looks gay not the look i wanted i;l send u some pics when she;s done

I've done one of my door trims - they're the same as yours. I spray painted it black and then I drilled holes around the inserts to sew red fabric on by hand, using that teddy bear stuffing stuff to give it shape.

It's time consuming but it looks fantastic, I used black thread to sew it in. I'd take a photo and post it on here but I'm at work and my car is at home
