vn getting regassed

i took my air to get regassed and the bloke said that they cant regas it the nozzle need to be converted casue they dont have to tools anymore. is this just him or everyone. its a 88 model vn

VNs came out with refrigerant R12. You will need to have it retrofitted.
Costs vary, so get a few qoutes first and compare.
