I dont beleive they pick on commodores ever since ive had mine iv been pulled over once for holding the gears a bit to long making noise wichthey heard in another street so they came out onto the rd i was on so the stoped me did a license check and said have a nice evening and drove off
But in the old beast i used to get pulled over upto 4 times a week just cause it was an older car they would chuck a u turn nearly every time i went past a cop car wasnt good but i was never doing anything wrong in it or could be defected so i was right to go
I think it comes down to what your image catagory your in in a particular situation and time is ie a old stationwagon driving in high police call out area 1 oclock in the morning can see hat on backwards in drivers seat = pulled over
as aposed to a stock late model vehicle driving in the same location same time no hat = regocheck on their car pc thats if they even do a u turn for you
ive also had a vp and a vn i never got pulled in the vn and only a couplea times in the vp but in every other crappie cars ive had getting pulled over was a regular thing

anyone see on the news tonight, ******** in a xr8, got done for 180 in a 60 zone, he "just had an urge" to go fast, in a 60 zone, lmao. another doing 250 in a police chase, p plater.

do it on the track or on a completely empty backroad, not that i condone street racing or hooning.

last 2 times ive been pulled over, were first, i gassed it a bit hard, didnt exceed 50ks though. but it was the day after new years i think, so i assume they just thought i was drunk or something. no fine, just a "slow down mate"

second one was a bit petty, they "u turned" and pulled me over as i was going up a main street, doing about 55, it was uphill, and they said it looked like i was speeding.

im assuming both of these were also because i got done for doing 80 in a 60 zone right befor i pull into my driveway by a camera box car. i still dont know how i hit 80, maybe 65-70, but it wasnt intentional, as i know my streets bad for kids running around n shit, and just cant be bothered doing that speed in that short a distance to the next roundabout. i think it mightve been on of the dodgy ones, dunno. i paid it and forgot about it. but now i think when they check my licence, they see it and use any chance they get to tell me to slow down.
