auto to manuel conversion - price??

hey,

i hav a vn wid the slopy auto trans.. im thinkin about converting it over to manuel cause i would like the added control of manuel.
my car is series one so im gonna need a few extra things

the question i wanna ask is, wat do i need to convert and wat would trans shops charge to do the whole job

will u get a trade in for my old auto at all??
