about 1hr ago i heard a few thuds going around a corner on my way home from work.when i got out i checked exhaust and it is real wobbly at the back....wondering if it is an easy DIY or am i needing to visit the exhaust place
cheers
it's just held on by rubber things, one might have busted and fell off
Just guessing but you may have broken the rubber mounts holding the exhaust on. They're a figure 8 shape and only cost a few bucks from supercheap. They're a bit of a prick to get on because the rubber doesn't stretch very easily. try using a screw driver to lever them on.
just had a look and it is thanks
put some grease on them they slide on easy as hell.. they still dont come off though cause of the massive lug thats on them
all fixed i did both since the other looked worn and i had to take it off to put the other on anyway took about 5 min to get them on also the exhaust is sounding better ... could this be the weight of the rear exhaust making a small air hole near the cat before i replaced rubbers as there was a bubbly muffly sound at all times and now its only there every now and then at certain RPM
