GDay, ive got a complete stock 91 VP and since i have had new front discs and pads put on the car it will sometimes feel as if it is grinding or scraping or something in the front right wheel area just before you come to a complete stop, its fine if you brake at high speeds and only occurs in the last few seconds when say you pull up at traffic lights or whatever.
Also when i turn right you can sometimes hear a rubbing squeal from the front right as well. i have no idea of what it could be.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks Chris
With the rubbing of the wheel, i had the same prob with my vt till i took the wheel off ( cars lowered ) and found the wheel front wheel, when in a corner, had been rubbing on the plastic stone guard inside the guard at the front. Maybe have a look if there is any rubbing going on in the guards? On the brakes, i dont mess with them so i suggest seeing a brake mechanic as they would have a better understanding of the system than you. gotta have good brakes if you gonna drive hard so leave it to the pros. Good luck
