How do I know if I have Commodore S wagon?
What features it should have on Commodore S?
Cheers

I didn't even know that the wagon was available as an S pack for the VN/VP commodore. I thought all wagons were execs back then/
Gravity is proof that nature keeps getting us down.
look on the identification pl;ates in the engine bay, an S pack will have fe2 suspension, normally have yucky icky red trim![]()

Yeah I've seen a few VNs Commodore S, the wagon is being stored at my mates place 100 kms from here, bought it for $250 with spare engine & trans. Anyway its very good condition inside, it has red grey trim same as VN SS Commodore from memory. I havent checked out the plates yet, I will hopefully this week or next week...
Features it has, central locking, cruise, electric antenna, full dash claster, 3.8 litre, full paint trim on bumpers, I remember seeing "Commodore S" with small black & red "S" on the rear tailgate door. I dont know if it has FE2s, if not I'll install em.
Didn't Commodore S have V8 disc brakes?

if it has fe2 on the plate then yes it does have the 290mm diameter brakes and fe2 springs..... stumped on the full dash cluster tho i thought that only came with calais and berlina??? might of had a transplant of some things at one stage
Mmm I'm now determained to see the plate, mmm have to go out that way to check it out but its hard because of work in between it...Originally Posted by boona15
Yeah I've seen Berlinas, Calais and S & SS Commodore to have full dash clasters. I remembered driving it last Friday and thought the suspensions was very firm nice ride around corners - very similar to my Subaru Liberty as it has sports pack suspensions... So I am pretty sussed that its FE2 Suspensions, because last I test drove Berlina last Wednesday and it drove like a boat!!...
