PLEASE HELP: Manual wiring conversion help needed!!!

Can someone please help, my conversion has come to a crashing halt!!!!

I have taken the whole engine and transmission out and dumped in a maual engine and transmission, Ok here's the drama, its with the wiring looms, in particular the engine to computer looms. do a keep my old auto loom and just plug that in, or do i use the manual loom????

Its just if i use the auto loom, I dont have a plug for the alternator, but if i use the manual loom, yes the alternator will plug but then one of the plugs that plugs in just behind the engine fuses wont fit: the manual loom has 6 wires whereas the plug only has 5!!!! Please please can someone help!!!!

Where's your alternator plug gone? just use your original loom, computer is the same anyway

its an odd one huh, the auto vn had the alternator plug on the battery to starter motor loom, and the manual vn had the alternator plug on the engine to computer loom, weird hey! anyhow just changed the starter motor loom over, so it all sorted now!
