light bulb for speedo

hi guys one of the light bulbs in my instrument cluster has gone,i think it is the one at the top of the speedo ,,12 oclock position,,so this makes the speedo needle very dull.is it easy to replace with out pulling the whole dash out

i took my vp to a sparkie....he said the globe was fine.... i just have lousy paint on the actual speedo needle....hope thats a help...
