i was just wondering if a sr2 vr coil pack goes on a sr1 vn

no. you need to swap the DFI to put a VP coilpack on a series 1 VN.

not sure about VR but it sure won't go on a S1 Vn

Yes it will work but as said before you will have to use the VR DFI module aswell!
