Just around the road from my place is a VN Berlina with a sticker in the window Goes Well-$950-just wondering, is this too cheap or could I purchase it to use as a parts car or a paddock basher...it looks reasonably straight.

has it got any electric options in it?
1995 Manual HSV Clubsport
Wade Cam :: 9.2:1 CR :: Pacemaker headers :: Twin 2.5" Exhaust :: VT Brakes
1991 Supercharged VN Berlina
9 PSI SC14 Intercooled :: Genie headers :: Twin cats :: HM Twin 2.25 exhaust :: 3.45:1 LSD
na thats a good price and cheap enough too dont get fooled becasue of the low price some good cars are around just check it out and then offer him say 750 for it
I dunno bout electric options, I'll go check it out tomorrow. Havent stopped to look yet. Its white, and from what I could see was straight with the exception of a small dent in drivers side rear door. Pretty sure its a V6 auto

go for it offer them like he said 750 cash straight up they cant say know make up some bullcrap like oh ill have to replace this and fix that make them feel bad youve spotted stuff
Perfect base car to use to build up into a project. If you're into that sort of thing.
I'd grab it and have it sitting around to work on and do it up a bit. Work the engine, have it as a bit of a 'toy'.

Im seriously thinking about it...I dont think its registered, I could even drop a 304 in and race in Targa...

well i bought my vn berlina for 800 and it runs perfect, and even has all power options. but im selling it to move on to a old holden ute or tonner, need something for work and go camping in, dont trust the old vn when it comes to 4 wheel drving
Now THERE'S a good idea. Full sports suspension and a thumping great big V8, with a manual box behind it, LSD up the back and some nice sticky rubber on the ground. Drop that in Targa and you'd have a blast.Originally Posted by spauldj308
