I never knew with 235/45 17's I'd need to roll my rear guards to fit properly & safely...

Hozy, the wheel arches on my car were rolled with those rims on. I also have an adjustable panhard rod, but i made mine myself cost me $30. Almost identical to the whiteline one in the ebay link!

Thats about where my 17s sit in my guards, and i needed to have mine rolled prior to lowering to get my 245 16s in them, rolling teh guards properly should solve the problem without the need to do anything else, thats what i have done and i have no problems now

As for somewhere to get it done, mine were done a tyrepower in adelaide, i would be checking with tyre places about it, most should be able to so it though

Good luck and that car looks awesome

i got a vp man, i got 17''s and i gotta either roll my rear tubs or cut them short. hits potholls and scratches up my tyres, but that because the wheels are shitty.. suposably the nuts are set out further than normal, so katchya to them...... GO BIGGER!!! i buyen some vy ss 18''s that should do the trick but hopefully on a full car load ill be sweet.

It is possible, but its very difficult, done properly, it should be fine, when i got my rears done they wouldnt guarantee againts not cracking the paint due to the age, but they didnt crack it so it was all good. Tyre places are generally the best to see, they do a very good job, on all the cars i know that have had guards rolled all have been done by tyre places and havnt had cracked paint and have been done exceptionally well, i think i paid about 70-80 a guard for it though

I 'rolled' my gards with a hammer

Paint did not crack at all...

Just use some masking tape and stick a few layers on that lip and then start hitting it with a hammer that's not too big...

Is it the same as that on the left hand side? Because if both sides are the same, an adjustable pan hard rod wont do the job, you need to have the guards rolled.

If you can get ur hands on a heat gun, use a heat run with a hammer. The heat gun stops the paint from cracking.
