rust repair what do i disconnect

Does anyone know what to disconect when welding on the body of a car
eg. computer, battery. need 2 cut some rust out and want 2 weld a new bit in its place with a tig.

Yep, I'd be removing the battery from the car entirely, just because I'm paranoid.
