Hmmm, adelaide hey, Discount Aussie Exhausts on port road for the exhaust, cheap and a damn good job, all my cars and my mates cars have been there, or fisher performance, cant remember where they are. Pacemaker extractors though

CAI, ebay, or your local holden dealer, bout 70 or so for the CAI.

Lowering, how severly do you want to lower it, for a full kit, whiteline, just springs and shocks, pedders are pretty good, but ts almost a grand to do it there, failing that, king springs. A whiteline kit, for the whole hog is a tad over $1100 un installed, for everything though

    VS S/C cold air

Lowering is generally expensive due to the need for new shocks depending on how low you go of course, check ebay, i got lovells superlows for 90 bux, whiteline are big $$$ due to teh fact that you generally get EVERYTHING, panhard rod, swaybars, nolathane bushes, springs, shocks, EVERYTHING, its commin aloing for my car, soon, after my new rims.

Speaking of rims, mine are up for sale, F/S Adelaide 17inch Mags, have a look if you need some

    Good Luck

There's another good reason that whiteline is a bit pricey, you get what you pay for, not only do you get everything that you're going to need to do it properly, it's all good quality stuff too.

I'm saving up for it for my VN, once the sound system is done that is.

Headers and an exhausts will give you more, so will the CAI, match that up with a K&N filter and youve done about as much as you can with pulling the engine apart

Headers = extractors, numerous names, and go with a well known brand, like pacemakers, discount aussie are good at recommending whats best, they increase the flow the eshaust has and makes the engine breath better, worth the investment

Depending on what brand and if you you have to pay for installation, roughly based on what King springs cost; about $200 for 4 springs, same for the 4shockies, and about $100 for an adjustable panhard rod. So thats an easy $500 there plus any else you want to do but thats basically all you need. I dont know about installation but i would guess a couple of hundred
