First Price Indication
Ok, from a wholesaler of King Springs, If we order 30 pairs of springs:
Front springs: $92
Rear Live Axle: $92
Rear IRS: $110
Were a fair way off 30 pairs though, I think we're on 15 at the moment. I havent asked this guy about shockies yet... I am currently deciding between 3 suppliers, the other 2 need an idea of what we want before they quote - which I haven't sent yet - these prices came back as soon as I enquired.
very interested but not 100% about 80% sure
just let me know the final price

Price Update
From Reckless motorsport (sponsor), If we order at current quantities, prices are as follows:
Springs
King Spring Code A Non irs $100 Pair
King Spring Code B IRS $120 Pair
VN VP Front $140 Ultima Cartige Pair
VR VS Front $245 KYBS Strut Pair
VN VS Rear KYBS $125 IRS Cartiges Pair
VN VS Rear KYBS $150 Non IRS Cartiges Pair
Next I need to sort out freight, and I'm also still waiting for the last quote.
they can do better than that comeon
you can get live axel superlows + monroe gt short shocks inc shipping cheaper off ebay than those prices.... and that's still with freight to add.
Driving a CURSED WH V6.
And heres the quote from the final supplier (online performance autos):
And I'm thinking he would charge the freight listed on his ebay auctions - he also offers pickup if there were Melbournian members wanting to do that. This guy is giving 10-15% discont on his ebay prices, and we currently have 24 pairs of springs (i think). For an order with at least 20 sets of springs we can do them for $95 a
pair
(non IRS). We can also do the rear shortened shocks for $90 a pair.
I'm at work today, so when I get home I'll find out how much the freight is for the first supplier, and confirm it with the 3rd supplier (this one). Also, I'm getting confused with front shock absorbers - being told different things, etc.
If he sells shortened front shocks, I'm leaning towards this final sellers quote
Still a few things to sort out, plus i have about a thousand assignments due when i got back to uni![]()
so for 4 springs and rear shocks 280 thats pretty damn good.
yep, and their postage is dirt cheap. I have a feeling he doesnt sell front shocks, so i might just go without... not sure yet
I think I have been quoted from a REPCO mate $90 per set of Kings Springs and $120 for front struts and $80 for rear shocks (both Monroe GT GAS)
Is that repco trade? or employee price? Let me know, I'll look into it...
