VR extractors

I was at the wreckers today I noticed that VR has steel exhaust extractors, if I removed from VR and fit them on VN series 2, wouldn't VN run better with these extractors or I am wasting my time?

Extractors from a VR will fit on a VN series 2. A series 2 VN exhaust manifold is the same as an exhaust manifold on the VR so it must be aftermarket. I'd say get them, see what brand they are too.

Damn straight, snap em up if the price is right. 1991_vn2nv is right, the VR used the same cast manifolds as the VN from stock, so if it's got a set of decent headers and they're in good condition go for it! A good set of extractors and a decent exhaust will free up some torque and power, and give it that nice crackle when you back off it which almost makes it worth it by itself. :-)
