I used big kevs goo remover to get tar of the side of my car once. didnt seem to hurt the paint. might not be strong enough for glue though

i think the best thing to use is "shellite", it doesn't remove or affect the paint and cost only a few dollars, you can get it at Aussie Disposals or anywhere that sells spirts, it's a clear liquid. Its also good for removing grease off your quarters after working on the engine!
Please PM me if you know of any L67's complete with loom and ECU are for sale

    hey..

i have been thinking about it and i have decided to put back the strips back on but have 2 stripes of pin striping down them so it can blend into the pin striping on the rear bumpers more..wat does every1 think? i would try and photochop it or watever but i don't have it....

so if some has seen it on a VN before let me know if it looked good/bad or ok or watever.

actually when the VNs were brand new did they have this pin striping down these strips..cos on mine theres a faint outline????

also wats the best thing to use to re apply the strips again? some sort of double sided tape? or glue? or hozy where can u get the sikaflex from??

    cheers guys

p.s. my car is looking like one whorey mother****er with all this adhevise hanging off the doors LOL

Drop into your local crash shop and have try and get some of the double sided tape they use, really strong adhesive on them, and will out perform the double sided tape you can get at most places
