tacho wire

can anyone tell me where i can get a tacho signal from on a vn v6. i don't want it for a tacho i want it for an additional injector controller.. it reqires a tacho signal..i spose you can tap into the back of the dash but i was told there is a better spot under the bonnet somewhere.. if anyone can help let me know..

The taco signal wire for a vn v6 commodore is on the passenger side engine bay. There is a wiring harness there which if you look closely there is a white plug on a brown wire all by it's self. you may need to peel back some of the black tape, that will give you a signal.
