VN motor into VS???

I've got a VS2 exec with a seized motor. I'm flat broke and cant afford another engine.

My mate has a VN motor and computer he can put in for me really cheap. Just to get me out of trouble until i can afford another motor.

What problems do you guys see arising from an engine and computer transplant? Can I keep the same gearbox? (its an auto)

Bear in mind that this guy is a mechanic and can get quite creative with moving hoses etc. if need be.

gearbox is a bit of a delema...as the 4L60E from the vs is electronic (thus the "E" in the name) and your pcm controls it's shifts....the vn computer wont have info for shift changes etc, because the vn doesnt use an electronic 'box.
