What are the different types of shift kits u can get for a VP commy, manual gearbox, and what do each of them do differently. and around about how much would each cost?

cuz i would like to make each change easier...like in this MX5 i was in...the change between each gear was so smooth and u neva had 2 apply much force to change gear...u basically could have just taped it softly n it would change...
