towbar. wagon and ute

hey all
does anyone know if a tow bar from a vn ute will be a straight swap to a vn wagon. just would like to know before i buy it

have a look at it.. the wagon ones are short as
basiclly the bolt up inline with the spare wheel.. Not sure if they are the same. If you have a photo i could tell you... But i think they are the same
