stuffed harmonic balancer?

sometimes when im driving i hear a sorta squealing sound coming from the engine bay, could it be the harmonic balancer?

My harmonic balancer when and it make a shocking sounds. i couldnt drive it cause it made a realy loud sound. if its the same as mine you will no if its the harmonic balancer.
