    Okay some details.

    VX Supercharged...

It's an auto box, stock standard. At least for now.

Not to sure about the ecu, but I think it is standard with a bcm. The aircon hasn't quite been sorted but it is getting there, and will put cruise in for those longer trips as well.

I have not had much opportunity to really test it, but so far it responds wonderfully.

As for cost, the engine was around 5k and the install 4.5k .

Somehow I don't think I have finsihed making myself broke. Refurbishment could take some time.

VX auto, with a VX stock blown ecotec....Somehow i don't think its gonna be a problem for a while After all, these transmissions were stuck behind LS1s quite happily

Its not going to be a problem for a while meaning he isn't gonna have issues until hes pumpin a shitload of horsepower out, A stock V6 SC Eco isn't gonna cause the auto to start droppin cogs or anything, these boxes came out of the factory, with LS1s. The trans will happily handle a good 300kw at the fly standard, and still have a long life.

Had to take out a loan. I'm going to re-do interior, and eventually repaint it instead of buying a "new" car.

thats really nice dude, something you can wake up to in the mournings and smile, and when the missus asks why your smiling, tell her it's her, but deep down you know it's the transplanted SC6 sitting in your drivway, good luck for future mods
