Ebay Stole Pic of My Custom Work

What the, hey guys went on ebay and found a pic of my custom door pods on there. Some bloke is selling vr - vs pods with my custom pic,who is this bloke? Should i say something

My custom Pods can be seen in my ride...

Not Happy, I dont mind people saving the pic for doing there own ride but come on geees...Getin 100 buks and there stock then raving on oh look what i did too my SS when its my pic and my work... :b:

Look at what this seller says: "These items are in very good condition as you see in the pic and I have shown you in the bottom pic what I done to a set of these pods in my SS and they look great, so anyone can custom these to suit anything and it is so simple to do, the possibilities are endless to what you can do with them and at the same time make you car look fantastic. Why settle for boring old plain map pockets when you can have these."

Say sumthin mate. It would be bad for him to show the pic to start with without askin or anythin, but not only is he showin it, he's claimin it as his car and his work! Wonder what he'll have to say haha. Keep us updated.

yeah send him a questin or eamil and just ask him where he got the pic from, or tell him that it's your pic and he should of asked first, just make him feel bad.
it seems he is another seller, buying smashed commodores and pulling them to peoces and reselling parts, so just make sure he knows stealing pics and claiming originallity is not on

I got my pods for $28 including spacers, an the orig speakers & grills hehe

But yeh subdue i remember that pic of ur door trim, It's nice cusom work, I'd report him or "ask him question"

Happens when you make the 1st bid, then another to increase your limit. The 2nd wont show until someone outbids you, but the time stamps aren't that far apart.

btw, i reported the p***k for stealing pictures and claiming work that wasn't his own.

send him an email and tell him you are reporting him for using your photos... etc although i dont think you would have a leg to stand onanyway. unless you copyrited the pics then he is gooone... lol ebay prob wont even notify him if you make a comlaint.

i had a similar thing happen with my door trim inserts, the fker ripped off my pictures aswell, got the same result... the pics were taken my old house, i asked him since when did you live in my house...(in the background) considering it is a one of a kind design.. lol he didnt reply to me after that.. as far as i know hes not selling shit on ebay anymore

what in the pic tells you it's your pic? I had a look, and i wouldnt of picked that that was a personal photo...thats ####ed hey, how ppl can just ripp stuff from other people on the net...

haha i just checked the ebay auction again and the guy has put his username/company name onto the original picture to make it look like he is the owner of it. what a tool

That was there earlier, you can't change the listing once there is a bid.

i've had heaps of my pics taken, one was for the centre console, they didn't say it was their work, just they want a console the same. even if someone did take mmy pic, i couldn't care, cause theres always someone whos done it before you, no matter how custom you get!

I had some pictures I took flogged off the forum before from my socket install how-to and someone used them to sell memcals which really sucked not that I cared about the pictures but it made it look like I was the one selling the memcals. I guess if you take pictures and post them that's what lazy people will do instead of taking their own

i got busted for using a mobile fone pic that someone had on ebay ... i got a message from the person then a message from ebay giving me notice to change the pic. IT WAS JUST A NOKIA 3310 standard pic nothin special but it kicked up a stink
