replacing rear main seal
anyone got a step by step or such for changing the rear main seal by taking the engine OUT?? cheers.

Get a Gregory's manual, it gives a step by step in that. Also, they list all the correct torque settings for when you're putting it all back together.
Gravity is proof that nature keeps getting us down.
